We currently ship within New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

North Island flat rate shipping: $8.00  
South Island flat rate shipping: $12.00  
Free shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $100.

Chatham Islands and remote delivery areas may require a separate shipping quote. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service. Rural and remote addresses may take longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wildheke is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@wildheke.co.nz with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the courier to investigate and find a suitable solution.
